陳根記的名菜。在女友力推下試了這道菜，十分有驚喜，送菜時已感受到陣陣清新氣味，Wasabi攻鼻刺激，和手撕雞的嫩滑出其不意地配合，而且略帶鹹香味，每一口都食到十分感動，卻不油膩，而且胃口大振，瞬間ko整碟，最後連骨都無放過。
What a lovely fusion dish, traditional Chinese cuisine Shredded chicken met the Japanese symbolic food, Wasabi. You could first smell a refreshing fragrance. The chicken was tender and slippery in texture. It tasted a bit salty with a strong and stimulating of wasabi. I could not stop with just one! A must eat in Chan Kan Kee!
